Reindeer, also known as caribou, are raised for meat, antlers, and hides. Reindeer meat is low in fat and high in protein. Reindeer antlers are used in traditional medicine, and are also used to make decorative items, such as knife handles and furniture.

Reindeer, are a type of deer native to the Arctic regions of Europe, Asia, and North America. They are well-adapted to harsh environments and are able to thrive in cold climates and on sparse vegetation. Reindeer hides are used to make clothing, shoes, and other products, as they are strong and durable, and provide excellent insulation against the cold. Reindeer farming is practiced in many countries, including Norway, Sweden, and Finland. In some regions, reindeer are also used for transportation and for their ability to help clear the land of unwanted vegetation.
