We will start the NewChip Business Accelerator (www.newchip.com) tomorrow, and we are very excited.

This last week we created a newsletter page at www.livestockoftheworld.com/newsletters which includes all of our past newsletters.

This last week we also made further security improvements to our cloud-based virtual server, and resolved a number of content and technical issues on LivestockOfAmerica.com and LivestockOfTheWorld.com.

Plus we have started discussion with a new agricultural-business (both livestock and produce) that will be grossing over a million dollars a year. Our current target audience is livestock businesses that gross under $250,000, but we are developing additional ways that we can help ranches that want to scale up their business.

Weekly Highlight - Livestock Wiki

We have compiled an extensive list of livestock breeds - over 2,000 breeds of Alpacas, Bison, Cattle, Chickens, Dogs, Donkeys, Emus, Goats, Bees, Horses, Llamas, Pigs, Rabbits, Sheep, Turkeys, and Yaks. So far we have researched and written over 1,000 descriptions (about 50%). This is a huge task and our plan is to complete it by crowdsourcing it and making it into a wiki.

As a Wiki users will be able to create accounts as authors and submit content and changes. Input will be reviewed before they are published - it will be more complete and stay current.

Our goal is for our Livestock Wiki to be the most complete source of breed descriptions on the planet. As a great source of descriptions it will help ranchers to make better decision on what breeds of livestock are best for their climate and business goals, and what genetics will best improve their existing herd.

Sincerely,
