Plateau Grassland Yaks roam the chilly highland meadows of China's Qinghai province, a domestic breed reminiscent of their wild counterparts. With robust frames and imposing heads adorned with horns, they bear a striking resemblance to their untamed kin.

Their sizable bodies and formidable presence stand as testaments to their adaptation to the harsh, unforgiving climate of high altitudes. Wrapped in a coat of greyish-white hair that cascades down their backs and frames their muzzles and eyes, they blend seamlessly into their rugged surroundings.

These resilient creatures have mastered the art of survival in the cold and humid embrace of the elevated plateau, where each breath is a testament to their endurance and tenacity.
